Agreement and license
These terms govern your use of Clean App, an iOS photo and video cleanup utility. By using the app, you agree to these terms. You may use the app on Apple devices as permitted by the App Store rules and the applicable app license. For App Store downloads, Apple’s standard license applies unless a valid custom license is provided through the App Store. Apple’s Standard EULA.
Cleanup and deletion
Use Clean App only with media you are authorized to manage. Review suggested items before confirming deletion and keep a backup of anything important. Suggestions may group files you want to keep, and storage estimates may differ from the space actually recovered. iOS may move eligible items to Recently Deleted. Items can be permanently removed, and deletions may sync to iCloud and other devices. Recovery depends on your Photos settings, the type of deletion and whether a backup is available.
Acceptable use and ownership
You retain any rights you have in your photos and videos. Use the app lawfully, respect other people’s rights and do not interfere with the app, bypass access restrictions or copy or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law or the license permits it.
Purchases, renewals and refunds
If paid features or subscriptions are offered, the App Store purchase screen shows the price, billing period and any trial terms before you confirm. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to the terms Apple shows at purchase. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Where available, use the restore option in the app with the Apple Account used for purchase. App Store refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Availability and ending use
Features may vary with your iOS version, permissions and device settings. We may update or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any rights connected to an active purchase. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend access where necessary to address a material violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available, and we disclaim implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. These terms preserve mandatory consumer rights and any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy, updates and contact
