Privacy Policy
Effective November 6, 2026
Scope
This policy explains how the publisher of Clean App (“we”) handles information in connection with the Clean App iOS app and these legal pages.
Photos, videos and permissions
When you grant Photos access, Clean App uses the photos and videos available under that permission to show previews, suggest items to review and carry out cleanup actions you choose. The default cleanup workflow analyzes your library on your device without uploading your photos or videos to us for analysis. With limited access, the app can work only with the items iOS makes available to it. You can change or revoke access in iOS Settings. Revoking access may limit cleanup features and does not undo earlier changes to your library.
iCloud Photos
If you use iCloud Photos, iOS may download originals when they are needed. Changes to your library, including deletions, may sync to iCloud and other devices using the same library. Apple handles that syncing under its own privacy policy. Apple Privacy Policy.
Support and purchases
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and follow up. Please send only information needed to address your request. If the app offers paid features, Apple processes App Store payments. Clean App may use App Store purchase or entitlement status to enable or restore paid access.
Visits to these pages
Cloudflare hosts these pages and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request timestamps, to serve and protect the site. The pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising tags or tracking cookies of their own. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Use and disclosure
We use information described here to provide the requested features and support, verify paid access when applicable, protect the service and comply with legal obligations. Information may be handled by providers that deliver those services, including email and hosting providers. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect rights, safety or security, as permitted by law.
Retention and deletion
Photos and videos remain subject to your Photos library and iCloud settings. Review Recently Deleted in Apple Photos to manage items that iOS keeps there. You can remove app data stored locally by deleting Clean App from the device. We keep support correspondence as long as needed to resolve the request and for related recordkeeping, security or legal obligations, then delete it or remove identifying details.
Privacy choices and requests
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Additional rights, such as objection or portability, may apply depending on where you live. We may need to verify your request. You may also have the right to contact your local privacy regulator.
Children
Clean App is a general-purpose utility. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without any required parental authorization, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We will post changes here and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. For privacy questions or requests, email 45646455@163.com.
